Well, I wrote a base for 317 because I was a little annoyed with all of the wL bases, and people to lazy to use rsd2v, so I began writing a base which wasn't hard to use, but still implied full use of correct Java programming procedures.

1. Go to the gate in Lave Maze guarded by Lesser Demons with the ladder

Runescape Classic Staking for Money Cheats:
Staking is a very good way of making money, but losing it too.
#1 High Attack-Defense, Low Strength
These types of players do good against most people in a duel. They are quite hard to hit and they hit you quite often. These players might be lets say 45 Combat with Dragon Sword and Full Rune. If you are new to staking but want to have a good staking account, I would recommend making one of these accounts.
#2 High Attack-Strength, Low Defense
These types of players are more like Pking account but they still do good in Dueling. They will hit you often and hard, only downside to them is their Defense. These players might be lets say Level 35, with Rune 2H that can hit 15's. If you want to make just a quick staking account, I would reccommend this account.
#3 High Magic-Defense, Low Attack-Strength <- I'm one of these ;)
These types of players are by far the most deadliest stakers. However, these accounts are expensive and takes quite a bit of time to make. If you manage make thsi type of stayer and be successful, you can watch the money come pileing in from stakes. These players might be lets say level 29 with Full Rune. If you want to just own in stakes, I would reccommend this account.
Note: Don't get me wrong, an all-around player can do good at stakes, you just don't want to fight the players i just mentioned though.
Runescape Classic Merchanting for Money Cheats:
Merchanting is also a very good way of making money. I'll only go into how to start merchanting because once you get the hang of it, it kind of becomes natural. I would only start merchanting with at least 500,000 coins.
For beginners, I would start off with merchanting Super Sets, Runes, and Armour. Before you buy anything, look around at how much people are paying/selling the stuff for. If someone is buying an uncerted Super Set for 75,000, and a player is selling certed Super Sets (5 Super Sets) for 250,000, I would buy the certed Super Set and go uncert them in Yanille.
Remember, Try to buy under what someone is selling for, but not too much

1. After you get your kitten, get some any raw fish to feed it when it gets hungry.
2. Do anything you want to do, but remember to feed it and give it attention.
3. When it is grown, take it over to West Ardougne to a NPC named "Cilivian" and he will give you 100 Death Runes for your cat
4. Go back to Gurtrude to get another kitten for 100 coins and repeat

Merchanting is also a very good way of making money. I'll only go into how to start merchanting because once you get the hang of it, it kind of becomes natural. I would only start merchanting with at least 500,000 coins.
For beginners, I would start off with merchanting Super Sets, Runes, and Armour. Before you buy anything, look around at how much people are paying/selling the stuff for. If someone is buying an uncerted Super Set for 75,000, and a player is selling certed Super Sets (5 Super Sets) for 250,000, I would buy the certed Super Set and go uncert them in Yanille.
Remember, Try to buy under what someone is selling for, but not too much

Runescape Skills
Ok you might be thinking what good is that skill? It would never come in handy at all why work on it. Well I will tell you what I think about all of the skills that Runescape has to offer.
Agility
This is a hard skill to train but it has its pay offs. I know a lot of you don?t like to walk everywhere with this it will cut down your walking time you can access short cuts. At level 70 you can take a short cut to the blue dragons I don?t know about you but to me that is worth it right there.
Combat skills
Ok this is pretty simple, it?s a war out there the better your skills the longer you will survive.
Crafting
This is a skill that a lot of people don?t like doing there is a good reason there is no way to get levels at the beginning and still make money. But look at this when you get to blue dragon hide armor and hey who can?t kill a blue dragon with an addy hally? I would recommend that you use a rune or dragon but that is up to you then you make money alching or just selling dragon sets or pieces.
Farming
I am one of few that like this skill. I do it when I am alching stuff. I alch a lot of people sell herb seeds well you can plant them log off for 70 min log back in and your herbs are done.
Firemaking
This is another skill most thing is pointless why would I want to do fire making? I will tell you one reason is for quests, another reason is to burn Mage Prye logs and burn one of those monster remains.
Fishing
This is one that people just do for food for p2p you want to fish sharks f2p swordies.
Fletching
Why would I want to waste my time leveling up when I just need 1 mage long so it don?t matter if I can make or not right? Wrong, you make mage longs and yew longs to alch them. People buy them in bulk to alch them you make money and they make money.
Herblore
This is a skill that is hard to train but hey the higher your level the easier it is to sell pots and get experience more experience means more money.

Me personally I don?t like mage but my main has level 96 now so I can do all the normal spells and ancients the only thing good about magic is I would say being able to teleport.

This is a hard skill to raise but just burry all the bones you see and next thing you know you will be able to use smite.
Runecrafting
It is everyones dream to be able to make there own runes but you know we can?t make blood or souls (at least not yet they are coming out so start making ess just a tip the best way to get expereience in Runecrafting is to use the abbys to make nats, laws, and cosmics.

OK I?d firstly just like to say that this guide is far from a comprehensive guide to making money in Runescape, it is just a couple of the things I do to make money. I have written about my best fives ways to make money:
1. Kill chickens and collect their feathers ? this is a great one for those players out there that have a combat below 30. One of the biggest benefits is you get combat experience as well. After you have collected a fair few (at least 500) go to world one, if you?re a Free to Play member, and sell them just to the East of the West Bank in Varrock. If you?re a Pay to Play member, the best place to sell them is just North of the East Falador Bank. They sell for 10-20 gold each in member?s worlds. You can also buy feathers from fishing shops; if you buy them in big enough quantities (at least 1000) you can make a good profit.
2. Save up 200k then go to world one, for Free to Play members, or world 2 for Pay to Play members, and buy stuff that is selling lower than its market price, and then try and find a buyer that is willing to pay what it is worth or more. This is called merchanting. To do this well you need to keep up to date with market prices, this is possibly the best way to make money in Runescape.
3. This tip is members only. Save 50k-300k then go to West Ardougne, behind castle there is a lever in the small shack pull it, you will see it say you will be teleported into level 45 wild, so don?t bring anything with you but a weapon with slash. Then go North, cut the web, then go west. You will see a shack with two webs, cut both, then inside pull lever. Once you are inside talk to the banker get some money and trade the man in the east corner. You can buy laws for 210-299 gold each, basic runes sell for 3-5gp each. Then head to world one and sell them in Varrock.
4. This tip is members only. Make arrows, keeping in mind bronze arrows sell for 10 each, so don?t make them. Iron sell for 20 gold each on world one; steel sell for 40 gold each, mithril 100 gold each,

5. A way for any member to make good XP and money is to go to the Rock Crabs in Relica and kill Rock Crabs. They are only level 13 and are super easy to kill and they drop unidentified herbs and level one clues. Sounds basic but it?s a great way of making money. You get quick XP but you also you can sell unidentified herbs for 1k each in any world and 2k each when you?re selling in bulk on world 2.

RuneSCape Economy
As you gain more levels in different skills to do or collect better items, or make things for killing other players in combat, the economy is based on the buying and selling game items from NPC’s or players. Among the latter, you can barter with items or money with an interaction within the game. Some limitations include prohibitions to change things about holiday events (Christmas, Halloween, etc..) Or quests, and a limit on the amount (ranging from 3,000 to 60,000 gp) of what can be uneven as barter value. Alternatively, many more as players use what is known as the ‘Grand Exchange’, an establishment in the city of Varrock where prices are controlled by supply and demand. A player may offer an item or buying one, giving some value to what you want (with a limit of 5% higher or lower than market price) and put on sale. You do not need any direct interaction of another player to get what he wants. Just wait until the offer is completed to withdraw your winnings.
To control the game economy, prices change by demand. If players purchase items at a lower price than the market, the value of it drops, if they sell items at a higher price than the market, the value rises.

if you have about 50k this works really well.... go to fallador and buy lobs at 150 gp until you have no more money...then, go to west varok bank in world 1 and sell for 250-300 gp ea!!!!!!!! i gotta tell you that this has done wonders for me and i make almost 1 mil a week!(if you have enough money) and repeat this process

if you are a member, get your theiving to 29. Then go to east Ardougne and pick the south house a few steps east then go upstairs and disarm trap on the norther chest and you will get 3gp and a nature rune, repeat alot and put in bank and sell to players for 300-350 gp each....

at 44 Runecraft You can make natures. these sell 400ea.. I'll be serious with you here, I've managed.. 1.7m in a single day selling em 335 when i was just a noob rune crafter.. now im 65 and I rock.
